How it is built

Static HTML pages generated from a single content source, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. No database and no CMS. Fonts are served from the site itself, not from an external provider.

Was AI used

Yes, substantially: in structuring, in first drafts of the copy, and in generating the pages. Every claim was reviewed by a human. This site would not have been written in a reasonable timeframe without AI, and it will not pretend otherwise.

Where the claims come from

Three kinds, each labelled: verifiable, when it points to official documentation; measured, when it comes from a real project, anonymised; and opinion, when it is judgement. If it fits none of the three, it is not published.

Why there is no automated offer checker

Because such a tool would penalise a good provider who works differently, and reward anyone who reads the rules and pads their offer. The presence of a given line in an offer is not a measure of quality. The nuance therefore lives in the text, not in a rule.

How to use the questions

The questions are a conversation tool, not a checklist to tick off. Not all of them apply to every project: the right ones depend on the scope, the budget and what exactly you are buying. Ask the ones that fit your case, and listen to the reasoning behind the answer rather than matching it against the good example. Dumped all at once, sixteen questions confuse even a conscientious provider and turn help into an interrogation. For the same reason there is no automated checker here: judgement cannot be replaced by a rule.

What is not collected

Nothing that identifies you. No forms, no emails, no accounts. The only measurement is the visit count described in the next section.

How visits are counted

The site uses Google Analytics 4 solely to count visits and see which pages are read. Before you give consent, absolutely nothing loads from Google and no cookies are set. If you decline, the site works exactly the same, and your choice is remembered on your device. You can change it at any time from the Cookies link at the bottom of every page. The data is not used for advertising and is not enriched with anything else.

When it is updated

When something changes materially. Every change is described in the changelog with a date. Question numbers never change, so you can cite them in correspondence.
