About this initiative

What this is

An information site for people who buy digital services without being technical. It contains questions, explanations, and ways to check for yourself what you received.

Why it exists

Because there is no criterion between a business and a provider. You cannot check something you do not know exists. When an owner pays and gets nothing, they do not change provider, they stop believing the service works at all. That removes budget from the market permanently and damages everyone who does the work seriously.

What it is not

Not a ranking, a directory or a list of recommended companies. Not a blacklist: no company and no individual is named here in a negative context. Not a certification, and nobody receives a quality mark. No advertising, no affiliate links, no contact form, no email collection.

Not against AI

The opposite. AI is used by every competent provider in this market and was used in building this site. The problem was never the tool, it is the gap between what is promised and what the client receives.

Who is behind it

One person, whose name sits at the foot of every page. Some fields are reviewed by practitioners in that area. Hosting is paid by the author and costs less than one dinner a month.
